Returns & Exchanges

To process a return or exchange, please contact our customer service by live chat, email, or phone with your order number. Our representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, return instructions, as well as our return address. In some cases, we may ask for pictures of the product before approving the return.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • All returns must be in an unworn, original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be approved by our representatives.
  • Return shipping is at customers’ expense.
  • All express shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchange Procedure
1. Place a new order for the desired product.
2. Request an RMA to return your original order.
3. Return the original order to us.
4. A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

All exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of the package delivery date. Exchanges require you to place a new order on our website for the desired product. Once done, you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product to us. After the goods are received at our warehouse, we issue a full refund to the original method of payment and the return procedure is complete.

Refunds & Credits
Returns and credits are processed within 48 business hours once received at our warehouse. Even though the refund is instant on our end, it may take between 2 to 7 business days to hit your account depending on your financial institution. All refunds and credits are issued to the original method of payment.

Damaged, Broken, or Incomplete Orders
If ever your order arrives damaged, broken, or incomplete, please contact our customer service and your order will be replaced at no cost. Our representatives may require additional information or request some pictures before replacing the order.

Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department ASAP. The cut off time for canceling your order is 1 pm EST during weekdays. If your order has shipped, it unfortunately cannot be canceled.
