All orders placed prior to 3pm EST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm
EST will ship the following business day.
Business days DO NOT include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, etc) in your respective country, state, province, or territory.
Any duties or customs fees imposed on the delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- USA & Canada orders: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days.
- International orders: Delivery within 5 to 15 business days.
- We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
- We DO NOT require a signature receipt, therefore it is crucial to provide the proper delivery address.
- All orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
To process a return or exchange, please contact our customer service by live chat, email, or phone with your order number. Our representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, return instructions, as well as ourreturn address. In some cases, we may ask for pictures of the product before approving the return.
Returns
- All returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- All returns must be in an unworn, original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be approved by our representatives.
- Return shipping is covered by us, a return label will be provided to you.
- All express shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Place a new order for the desired product.
- Request an RMA to return your original order.
- Return the original order to us.
- A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
All exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of the package delivery date. Exchanges require you to place a new order on our website for the desired product.
Once done, you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product to us.
After the goods are received at our warehouse, we issue a full refund to the original method of payment, and the return procedure is complete.
